What this site is

This is the FJMV Health product website with an interactive demo. The clinic shown in the demo is fictional, and its prices, itinerary and services are illustrative samples.

The demo is not a medical service. It does not give medical advice, does not book appointments, and does not send anything to a clinic or a doctor.

Please do not enter real personal or health information into the demo chat.

Demo chat

Your messages are sent to our server, which runs on Vercel in Frankfurt, Germany (region fra1), to generate a reply. The demo does not store them: there is no database in demo mode, and chat text is not written to our logs.

The demo currently runs without an AI model provider: your messages are not sent to one. Replies come from the site’s own rule engine on our server.

The conversation itself lives only in your browser tab and disappears when you press Reset or reload the page.

The “Send to WhatsApp” button copies a summary to your clipboard and opens WhatsApp in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself.

Pilot application form

If you submit the clinic application form, the clinic name, contact name, email address and WhatsApp number you enter are sent to FJMV as a Telegram message and as an email delivered through Resend. They stay in those inboxes and are used only to reply to your application.

Our server log records the selected plan and a masked phone number (the first four and last two characters) for each application.

Usage counting

To see which parts of the site are used, the page reports three kinds of events to our own server: a click on a call-to-action button, the first message in the demo chat, and a sent application. Each event contains only its name, the page language and the place on the page, from fixed lists.

No cookies, identifiers, IP addresses or typed text are part of these events. Each event is written as one line to our server log. Nothing is sent if your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on.

Hosting, storage and links

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (for example IP address, time and requested URL).

This site sets no cookies for visitors and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage. Your language choice is part of the page address (/, /tr or /fa).

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which applies its own privacy policy.

When a clinic uses FJMV Health with patients

Clinics that run FJMV Health with real patients (a pilot) use a separate setup. There, nothing is stored until the patient accepts a consent message in their own language. After that, the conversation is stored in a database in the EU so that the clinic’s coordinator can review it, and it is deleted automatically after the retention period the clinic sets. The clinic is responsible for its own notice to its patients.

Legal status of this notice

This notice describes how the current site and demo behave. It is not a statement of compliance with KVKK, GDPR or any other law.
