Try it as a patient
This is the real system. Send a message a Persian-speaking patient might write, or type your own in Persian or Finglish. The panel on the right is what your advisor sees, in English.

Send a message and the case fills in here, in English.
Many languages, but no Persian
Most international clinics answer in five or six languages. Persian is often not one of them. A Persian-speaking patient then writes in English, writes Persian in Latin letters (Finglish), or does not write at all.
- Medical conversations are personal. Many patients prefer their own language.
- Many write Persian in Latin letters on WhatsApp. Our system was built and tested for it.
- Your team works office hours. Patients also write at night and at weekends.
One channel, built around your team
Persian channel
A Persian page in your branding and a dedicated WhatsApp number on your own Meta business account. Enquiries written in Persian or Finglish are answered 24/7 in Persian, with the questions your advisors need: treatment, number of teeth, travel dates, photos and X-ray.

- Number of teeth

Marketing alongside
Persian content and campaigns for the Persian-speaking community living in Türkiye, and partnerships with community pages and Iranian-run businesses in Istanbul. Approved by your marketing team and run in your ad accounts.
Weekly report
One page every Monday: enquiries, complete cases, consultations, deposits and cost per result, by campaign and partner.
What stays with you: prices, treatment plans, every medical answer, calls with the patient and the patient relationship. We prepare the patient; your team advises and treats.
How a Persian enquiry reaches your advisor
- 1The patient writes
On the Persian WhatsApp number or page, in Persian or Finglish, at any hour.
- 2The system answers in Persian
With information your team has approved, asking only what your advisors need.
- 3Warning signs go to a person
If a patient mentions warning signs such as heavy bleeding or breathing problems, the system stops, shows a fixed message with the emergency number and flags the case. It is not an emergency service.
- 4A case summary is ready
In English or Turkish: request, quantities, travel dates, documents received or missing, and the patient’s own words.
- 5Your advisor takes over
Price, plan and booking stay with your clinic. Patients who go quiet are listed for follow-up.
Start with a 60-day pilot
Set up
Persian number on your Meta account, Persian page, your price ranges and FAQ approved by your team, warning-sign rules reviewed by one of your doctors, first campaigns approved.
Live
Channel open 24/7, campaigns running, a report every Monday and a short weekly check-in.
Decide
You decide on one number: is the cost per booked Persian-speaking patient at or below your current average? Continue, change scope or stop.
Fixed fee, quoted after a 30-minute call. No automatic renewal. If you stop, the number, the data and the campaign learnings stay with you. We work with a limited number of clinics at a time.
Your number, your data
The Persian WhatsApp number sits on your own Meta business account and stays with you.
Nothing is stored until the patient accepts a short consent message in Persian.
Case data is kept in a dedicated database in the EU and deleted automatically after the retention period you set.
The system collects information and writes summaries. It never diagnoses, judges eligibility or quotes prices beyond the ranges you approve.
When you are ready for more
The same system already works in English, Turkish, Arabic, German and Russian. Once the Persian channel has proven itself, it can serve your other language teams too: 24/7 intake, case summaries and follow-up for every patient.

FJMV Studio builds AI-assisted operations systems for service businesses. Its product, FJMV Health, was built for international patients: six patient languages plus Finglish, fixed rules for warning signs, and consent before anything is stored.
Farhad Jamalvandi, founder, has lived in Istanbul since 2020. From 2016 to 2020 he led the advertising and commercial organisation of a national daily newspaper. He speaks Persian natively, English, and conversational Turkish. He works with your marketing team and runs the system behind the channel.
What clinics ask us
What is Finglish?
Persian written with Latin letters: “salam, mikhastam bedoonam” instead of «سلام، میخواستم بدونم» (“Hello, I wanted to know”). Many Persian speakers type this way on WhatsApp, especially on phones and keyboards without Persian letters. The system reads both Persian and Finglish and always answers in Persian script.
Does our team need to speak Persian?
No. Your advisors receive every case summary in English or Turkish. The patient keeps writing in Persian; the system handles the language in between.
Does it replace our CRM or our WhatsApp line?
No. It runs on a separate Persian number on your Meta business account. Your current number, CRM and processes stay as they are.
What does the system answer on its own?
Only information your team has approved: price ranges, frequent questions and the questions your advisors need. It does not diagnose, judge eligibility or confirm bookings. Warning signs go straight to a person.
Who owns the number and the data?
Your clinic. The number sits on your Meta account, and case data is kept in a dedicated EU database and deleted after the retention period you set.
What does it cost?
The 60-day pilot has a fixed fee, set after a 30-minute call. You pay the advertising budget and WhatsApp fees directly to the platforms.
Let’s talk
A 30-minute call or meeting with a live demonstration: a Finglish message becomes a case summary for your advisors.
